Release of tankers by capacity from 1000 to 16000 litres on the chassis GAS, the Gazelle, UAZ, by KaMaZ, MAZ, ZIL, Ural, KiA, Ford and ISUZU trailers and semitrailers of the Russian and import manufacture in capacity from 900 to 30000 litres is made.
Tanks surpass the Russian analogues in the technical parametres and do not concede to the western.
In manufacture of tankers the Vologda machine-building factory, uses the import stainless steel having essentially the best technical characteristics, than at manufacturers of stainless steel of Russia. Applied high-quality steel AISI-304 proof to corrosion meets all requirements of sanitary. High cleanliness of a surface provides a reliable sink of the tank at smaller expenses of washing-up liquids.
Original constructive decisions, except high reliability, allow the consumer with smaller material inputs, in comparison with domestic analogues, to transport a liquid standard unit. The design of tanks of round section – is protected by the patent of Russia.
Tankers work as in extreme conditions of the extreme North, and southern regions (Turkmenia, Uzbekistan, Iraq).
The complete set of tanks is possible: special pumps (including independent pumps manufactures of France and Japan) on pouring and plums of a product with selection of characteristics at will of the customer; the pumps working from a box of selection of capacity.
For milk gathering on a tanker the instrument compartment can be mounted
(Measuring system) quality assurance and quantity.
On all let out spectrum of motor transport there is an Approval of Type of the Vehicle.
Besides tankers the factory specialises on release of tanks-coolers of milk of the closed type by capacity of 2500,3500 and 5000 l, open type capacity 450,1000, 1500 and 2000 litres; the stationary capacitor equipment for storage and processing of food liquids in volume from 250 to 50000 litres.
Since 2003 factory production is certificated on conformity to requirements of MS ISO 9001:2000, certificate TUV CERT.
The Vologda machine-building factory constantly takes active part in specialised, versatile international both regional exhibitions and fairs where production let out by the enterprise is adequately estimated.
